“Change” is now a very common and positive word round the world. Sea food Industry of Bangladesh is indeed in front of a change. Sea food was first started to export fifty years ago when there was no concept of HACCP, not that much of hygiene and sanitation was in practice .But in early ninety of last century both the U.S.A and EU market started to press establishing HACCP based quality assurance program in every company. Some company was renovated to comply HACCP while some had to stop exporting to US and EU market.
